Alice Garnes (nee Patterson), 87, of Jersey City passed away on Thursday August 6, 2009. She was the loving Mother of James R. Garnes, Phillip E. Garnes (Elsie) Paul Garnes Sr. (Arnette), Marie Stovall, Bernadette Simms (Andrew), Esther Lenora Garnes. Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 4.
