Alma Joyce Rollins of Jersey City, passed away on February 21, 2015 in Jersey City, NJ. She was the loving mother of Omar Rogers; Life long companion of James B. Douglas; and loving grandmother of (2) grandchildren. She also is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
