Angela Cook of Elizabeth, NJ (formerly of Jersey City) passed away on Wednesday July 13, 2011. Devoted wife of Walter M. Cook, Sr., loving mother of Kevin and Anthony Haynes, Walter M. Cook Jr., Shannon and Tangela Cook. Daughter of the late Grover and Hazel Haynes. Dear sister of Cleveland, Walter, Charles, Anthony, Robert, Shelby and Sabrina Haynes, Darleen Settles and Lisa Hardy. Grandmother of 5 and godmother of Melody Williams.
