Obituary

Anjanette Freeman was born on November 7, 1964 in Jersey City, N.J. and entered into eternal rest on November 11, 2013. Anjanette was a Woman of Faith. She would always have the solution to any problems big or small. That Solution is GOD. She would always say "Let go and let GOD". Moving forward from this she would want us all to walk by Faith and not by Sight. She loved Life and everyone she can in contact with she left an impacted on their lives. Although she is no longer here with us physically, Anjanette will never be forgotten. She attended Henry Snyder High school where she ran Track. After graduating , she attended State Teachers College (N.J.C.U. ) where she studied Business Management. Anjanette worked at a variety of places before she found her career as a Correction Officer in Hudson County, State of New Jersey where she served diligently for over 20 years. She was predeceased by her Father: John W. Davis, Stepfather: William Murphy and Brother:William Murphy II. Anjanette leaves to cherish her memory: Loving Spouse: Wilbert Freeman, Her Children: Michael Sims(Christyl Williams-Sims), Brandon Sims, Jahadah Murphy and Chasmire Freeman(Stepdaughter). Grandchildren: Mikai Michael Sims and Brandon Marquise Sims Jr. Mother: Commerlethier "Sister" Murphy, Her sisters: Mary C. Thomas, Shernetia Fant (Spencer Horne), Nicole "Precious" Murphy, Kate Murphy (Julius Powell), Doris Miller, Mary E. Miller, Rose Davis, Mavil R. Davis and Jessica Henry. Brothers: Michael (Sandy) Fant, Jeffrey Fant, Hallie Murphy, Edwin Murphy and Anthony Henry. Aunts: Annie Carroll (William) and Ethel Pickett (Mayo). Uncle: Boyd (Willie Mae ) Fant, Christopher Murphy. Godsister: Bernadette Boyd. Dear Friend: Joe Garris, Best Friends: Donna Collins and Ms. Hill. Also survived by a Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many other loving Relatives and Friends. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Anjanette Freeman.
