Ann Carter of Jersey City, passed away on Monday December 21, 2009 in Jersey City Medical Center. Loving wife of Fred Carter, dear mother of Correy Cottle, Sr, Ronald Cottle, Jr., Erica, Alexis and the late Omar Harris, and Shonda Rogers. Adored sister of Tyrone and Angelo Harris. Grandmother of Correy Jr., Dayvon, Trevis, TyQuan, DeAndre, Ronndell, Nah'Sean, Adrell and Zaniya, great aunt of Baron Daniels, mother-in-law of Lemaea Cottle and devoted friend of Gill King.
