Anne M. McNeil passed away on Saturday July 17, 2010 at the Jersey City Medical Center. She had been employed as a Formation Clerk at the Port of Authority. Beloved mother of Bruce Adams. Loving daughter of Sidney Jr. and Rachel McNeil. Dear sister of Sidney McNeil 3rd and Linda Rachelle McNeil-Wilkins. Aunt of Rachelle, Safiya and Katrina Wilkins and Lataiya McNeil. Niece of Frederick DuBose. Also survived by a host of cousins, great nieces and great nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
