He was the Loving Father to Arvin Todd Jr., and Shirley Dennard; Adored Brother to L.V. Todd and Mary Williamson; Loving Companion Quinell Bright-Todd; Grandfather to 5 and Great-grandfather to 1; Also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews and many other loving Relatives and Friends.
