Loving Mother of Jimmy (Charlotte) , Rodney, Corey, Frederick, Tasha and Roxanne Peterson. Daughter of the late Willie and Sina Carter. Cherished Sister of Sammy (Betty Ann) Carter, Janie Mae Montgomery, Ivory Spruill, and the late Williebell Madison ,Jimmy, John and Virginia Carter. Her Special friends; Denise Glover and Eleanor Bails. She is survived by 13 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grandchildren, host of Nieces, Nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
