Ben Williams Jr. of Rahway, NJ, formerly of Jersey City, departed Thursday July 29, 2010. Mr. Williams was a member of Friendship Baptist Missionary Church in Rahway, N.J. He was a retired Mail Handler for the U.S. Postal Service for over 39 years in Kearny, N.J. Beloved husband of Deloris Williams nee Rivers. Loving Father of Derrick Persell Williams and Jeffrey Kenneth Williams. Son of the late O.C. Williams and Rosa Garvin Williams. Cherished Grandfather of Nia Chase, Aaliyah and Jaylen Williams, Eric and Janasia Fil-aime. Dear Brother of Andrew and Larry Williams (Both of Jacksonville, Florida), Earnestine Graham and Albertha Moore (Both of Allendale, South Carolina.) Nephew of Mamie Moore of Greenwood, S.C. Son-in-law of Pauline Glover Rivers. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to P.O. BOX 95, Rahway, N.J. 07065.
