Bobbie Jean Jackson (nee Lassiter) of Jersey City, died Monday, February 25, 2013 at Jersey City Medical Center. She was 80 years old. Born in Raleigh, NC, on December 19, 1932 moved to Jersey City in 1955. She worked as a nurses-aid, active on the usher board of Good Shepard Church and a activist for Seniors. Bobbie was the wife of the late Andrew Jackson and is survived by her 4 sons, Bernard, Ramon, Percy, Kelly and 3 daughters, Precious, Dianna, Vanessa.
