Brenda J. Small of Jersey City passed away on Nov.10, 2020. Devoted wife of Elijah "Melvin" Small, adored mother of Melvin Small, loving daughter of the late Gladys Brown and the late John Lee Manning, grandmother of Jaivon and Jasmine Small, dear sister of Gentry, Malcolm, Shaunte, Randy, Joe, Wayne, Shawn and the late Pam and Sherry. Also survived by brother-in-law, Keith Mitchell, father-in-law James Brown, step-mother Mabel Manning and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
