Milligan, stepmother of Sheena T. Minus and Sharonda Simpson. Daughter of Beatrice and the late James G. Wigfall. Dear sister of Alphonse C. Wigfall, Dolores Wigfall-Brower, Luria M. Wigfall, Charlene Sessoms, Sharon Allen, and the late Theresa M. Oliver. Grandmother of 5 and also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
