Charles Murray Jackson Jr. son of the late Rosa Lee and Charles Jackson Sr. was born on April 26, 1942 in Jersey City, NJ. He attended the Jersey City Public School Systems and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1961. Charles worked from Swift Line Trucking and NJ Transit and once retired drove the school bus for Starting Point Day Care Center. Charles (Monkey) Jackson aka Jr. loved bowing, playing cards and enjoyed going to the race track with his buddies. Charles was a loving man with a heart of gold. He loved his family and friends, and there was nothing he wouldn't do for them. Charles id preceded in death by his parents Charles and Rosa Lee Jackson, wife Shelia E. Jackson, childhood friend Evelyn J. Oliver, 2 sisters (Curltop and Tiny) and 3 brothers (Eric, Barry, Eddie). Charles leave behind to cherish his memory are 1 sister Katrice Enix, his children Shilanda Jackson, Charles Jackson III (Chan), Ahmad Jamal Jackson (Hadja), Charlene Johson (Michael) and Voniete Tynes, 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grand children, 1 Aunt Ethel and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, inlaws and special friends. Charles will forever be missed, but although we loved him dearly, GOD loved him best and decided to call him home.
