Cherished husband of Rudeen Settles, adored father of Marcus (Erica) Bradley, Curtiss Powers, Anthony(Nattie) Cherry, Charles Settles, Jr., Vanessa and Alisha Powers and Sharteria Settles. Dear son of Frank Robinson and the late Jettie Mae Crawford. Loving brother of Lonnie, Jerome, Gary, Leedel, Carolyn, and Beverly Crawford, Regina Cummings, Dr. Lucinda Bien-aime, and Stephanie Robinson.
