Christopher John Crawford, 64, writer, scholar, scientist, composer, philosopher, cherished father and friend, passed away on September 1st, 2015 from natural causes at his home in Jersey City, NJ. Christopher was the beloved father of Benjamin Hunter Crawford, USN and his wife, Rosie Crawford, and the son of the late Betta and John Crawford of Toronto, ON. A Toronto native, he moved to NYC and was a writer for Pediatric Endocrinology at Cornell University Medical College. Christopher was an avid reader, an eloquent linguist, and a lifelong scholar who was excited by the richness and complexities of life. He was deeply loved by friends, and he lived every day in the moment. In lieu of flowers, please donate in his name to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
