Mrs. Cleo Morris . Our Beloved Mother has been called home to God's kingdom the morning of February 5th, 2013. Born in Georgetown, S.C. Cleo made her way to N.J. with her husband James Morris Jr. and children in 1956. Shortly thereafter she became an active member of Jerusalem Baptist Church in Jersey City, N.J. and served faithfully for 57 years. Cleo was the Treasurer of the Flower Circle. She retired at age 62, but was an active Senior citizen who developed her expertise in knitting and crocheting among many other artistic skills. Beloved wife of the late James Morris Jr. Loving Mother of TJ Morris, Bobby Morris, Rodney Morris and the late Ronald Morris and Sophia Brooks. Daughter of Late Eugene & Della Gamble. Cherished Sister of Leroy and John Gamble, Pauline Mosley, Codell Moore and the late Joe, Alex, Harry, Pearl Gamble, Hattie Reed and Bertha McCutchen. 9 Grandchildren 1 Great-grandson. Also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephew and many other loving Relatives and friends who will always remember her charismatic and loving ways.
