He was the Loving Husband to Evelyn McMillian; Cherished Father to Cleveland L. III and Stephen R. McMillian; Adored Brother to Lamar and Geraldine McMillian and the late Rayvond McMillian; Also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
