Beloved Wife of Late Rodney William Tappan Sr.  Loving Mother of Rodney William Tappan Jr., Kevin Keith (Andrea) Tappan, Travis Burnett Tappan and Tracy Lynn (Charles) Jean. Dear Daughter of the late Garnet, Dolores and Louise Williams. Cherished Sister of Angela, Charnette (Joseph), Antoinette (Robert), Candace (John), Steven (Rosalind), Theresa, Kevin,  Joy (Sheridan) and late Garnet Jr. and Big Kevin. Devoted Uncle Rodney Miller Sr., 2 brother-in-laws John Wesley Tappan and Gerald Burnett Tappan. Also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 5 Great-grands and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many other Relatives and Friends.
