Officer Crystal Jeter-Harding, born December 9, 1960 in Jersey City to Rebecca Jeter and the late John Jeter. She went home to be with the Lord on March 29th, 2013. Crystal was raised in Jersey City and graduated from Ferris High School in 1978. She furthered her education at NJCU where she received her BS in Business. She served as a Federal Customs Border Protection Officer at the Newark International Airport. She was the wife of Ronnie Harding; Loving Mother of Tukymah & Lamont Madison and Airman Quameir & Faterrah Harding; Loving Grandmother of Legend Madison and Adali Harding. Sister of Denise, Doreen, Jacqueline, Duanna Jeter, RaMona Thompson the late, Dennis, Douglas, Jeffrey, Tyrone and Elgin Jeter. Crystal served her community as the President on the Board of Holland Gardens. She was the captain of the PD Legend Billard League and a member of APA.
