Darlene Elizabeth Frazier was born on October 22, 1962 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Patricia Ann Tucker and Albert Woodard. She passed from this life on April 5, 2018. For 20 years she worked as an Alumni Administrator at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. She married Oliver L. Frazier on September 26th, 1992, of that marriage one child was born, Joelle Patrice Frazier. She is survived by her daughter, Joelle P. Frazier, husband, Oliver L.
