Deacon Richard Lee Stevens of Jersey City passed away on Dec. 31, 2015. Cherished husband of the late Ruth Stevens, adored father of Jacqueline Dickey, Frederick III, Gregory, Jeffrey, Jermaine and Sandra Stevens, loving brother of Ronald and Mary Stevens, beloved grandfather of 21, great grandfather of 17 and also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
