Deacon Thomas "Sonny" Lowe Jr. of Jersey City, N.J. passed away on Friday, March 16, 2012. Deacon Lowe served in the United States Army in the year of 1942 to 1945 then re-enlisted in 1946 and received an honorable discharge. Deacon Lowe was Chairman of the Deacon Board at Mt. Olive Baptist Church for over 18yrs. He was the loving husband to Willette Lowe; Adored father to James E., Kevin, Montro and Monica; Loving uncle to Earl and Charles, and adopted son in Christ Deacon Edward Howard; also survived by a host of Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and many other loving Relatives and Friends.
