On Mon. Aug. 8, 2011 God welcomed Diane home. Diane Davis was born to Anna Mae and the late Elmer Davis, Sr. on Oct. 9, 1959. She received her education in the Jersey City Public School system. Diane graduated from the Wilfred Academy for Hair Design along with her mother in the 80's. She assisted her brother, James Clayton Davis, at the Real Deal Unisex Barber Shop in Jersey City, NJ. Diane is predeceased by her father, Elmer Davis, Sr. Leaving to cherish her memories are her mother, Anna Mae Davis, James E. Howell, her grandmother, Anna Bell Williams, her siblings, Elmer Davis Jr., Michael Davis, Rodney Davis , Rhonda Davis and James Clayton Davis. Also surviving are a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A special best friend, Pamela Boston, and her loving companion, Wayne Richardson.
