(Formerly of Jersey City, N.J.) passed away on January 16, 2020.  Beloved Mother of Moneeka Bails, Dyrell (Jaquashia) Williams and Shayetta Williams.  Loving Daughter of Charles W. Bails Sr. and Eleanor Bails. Cherished Sister of Charles Jr. (Renee), Curtis, Derrick, Mark (Linda), Shelean and Tracey Bails, Jamel and Nikkia Taylor, Veronica Tetteh, Shanite Goodman and the late Audrey Bails. Also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great-grand child, Host of Nieces, Nephews and many other Loving relatives and friends.
