Donna Wells- Miller , 57, a resident of Atlantic City, N.J. (formerly of Jersey City, N.J.) passed away on November 28, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her mother, Rose Washington, stepfather John Washington, brothers Robert Wilkins, Clarence Smith Jr. and Ray Smith, sisters, Paula Clark (Jerome) and Veronica France (Bryant).
