Douglas Kelly passed away April 27, 2021 after a brief illness. Douglas Kelly the beloved son of Elizabeth Kelly and the late Julius Kelly he was the loving father of seven boys Kendall Ballard, Kareem Beasley Tyrese Hilliard, Douglas Kelly Tyrone and Fershawn Sharperson and Quincy Simmons and one girl Jessica Sharperson Grandfather of ten and one great-grandchild. Four brothers Julius (Valerie) Kelly, Clarence (Sharon) Glaster, Andrew Kelly, Phillip Kelly two sisters Denise And Elizabeth Kelly.
