Douglas Aaron Yeldell was born on June 17, 1952. He was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday August 22nd, 2009. Doug lived and died in Jersey City. Predeceased by his loving grandmother, Louise Bryant, mother, Mildred Yeldell, and aunt, Ora Thomas, Doug was 57 years old. He is survived by his daughters: Keisha Smith-Carrington, Amber Howard, and Doleen Yeldell. Also left to mourn his loss are his: granddaughters, Avatara and Ashby Smith-Carrington; father, Albert Yeldell; aunts, Frances Smalls (Virgil) and Georgia Arnette (Howard); uncle, Donald Yeldell; sisters, Grace (Willie Burke) and Regan Yeldell; brothers, Dion and Jason Yeldell (Cynthia); niece, Beverly Yeldell; nephew, Andre Yeldell; grandnephew, 3 grandnieces, and other extended family and loving friends.
