Dr. Dwight A. Raines of Jersey City, NJ passed away on December 22, 2021.  He was the beloved husband of Barbara Boler -Raines. Loving son of (the late) Samuel & Alyne Raines; caring brother of (the late) David & Quinton Raines; and dear brother -in- law of Barbara Cuffy Raines. Also survived by a host of loving relatives & friends.
