Edmond Howard, 73. Beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, went home to be with the Lord on February 13, 2012 at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, NJ. Born December 3, 1938 to Lee and Janie Howard in Garnett, SC. Early in Edmond's life, he relocated to Jersey City, NJ where he graduated from Snyder High School. In 1956 Edmond join the US armed services. Following that he was employed at Western Electric now AT&T. Edmond was a loyal employee for 33years. Minister Howard is preceded in death by his sister Eva. He leaves to cherish in his memories his two children, Lavern and Edmond, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. After retirement, he spent the ladder years as a servant for the kingdom of God. He devoted his time to ministering the salvation of Jesus Christ to people in hospitals, nursing homes and wherever he was sent. Edmond was also a zealous supporter of a vast number of ministries and outreach organizations overall a Godly humanitarian.
