Edward StClair Williams of Jersey City, N.J. passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Jersey City Medical Center. Edward was employed with Local IBEW 164 as an Electrician. Edward was the adored and cherished father to Claude, Eric, Ingrid, Donna, Erica, Diann and Christine; Loving brother to Nelly and Stelle; He was the Grandfather to 13 and Great-grandfather to 4; Close Friends to Kester and Rosemarie; Also survived by a host of many other loving relatives and friends.
