Edwina V. Lockett of Jersey City passed on Wednesday October 7, 2009 in Christ Hospital. She is the cherished mother of Stephen Rice. The daughter of the late Bertha Florine and William Clarence Rice. Loving sister of Alfred Rice and grandmother of Jelani Rice.
