Elinor Davis, born on Nov.7th 1923, as a life long resident of Jersey City, died on Monday May 9th, 2016, surrounded by loving family. Elinor retired from St. Francis Hospital as a Central Supply Technician, after 50 years of service. Elinor was a dedicated member of St. Patrick's & Assumption All Saints Parish. She had a passion for reading. She enjoyed working with puzzles, and loved watching sports.Elinor was a loving wife and a dedicated mother of eleven children. Elinor is predeceased by her parents, three brothers and three sisters, her husband Wellington Davis Sr. And three children Angela, Anthony, and Marion. She is survived by her sister Doris Lee, two sister-in-laws Marion Hill and Alma Davis, Eight children: Wellington Jr.(Patricia), Michele Neal(Cleveland), Victor(Denise), Keith(Susan), Kevin(Darlene), Elinor(Aubry-deceased), Mark(Belinda), Judy(Denise -deceased), and fifteen Grandchildren, Twenty eight Great-Grand children, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
