Eliza Fulgeon of Jersey City, NJ passed away on April 12, 2018. She was the beloved wife of (the late)William Fulgeon; loving mother of Marcel and Michele; sister of Henry Vaden; and grandmother of (1) grandchild & (3) great grandchildren.
