Ella Louise Singletary of Jersey City passed away on September 25, 2016. She was the loving mother of Gerald Riley and Geraldine Moore; dear sister of James, Wiley, Levi, Joseph, Dorothy, and Rose; mother of two children she raised from birth Richard and Yvonne; grandmother of (19) grandchildren (28) great grandchildren (2) great- great grandchildren.
