Elsie Metoyer of Jersey City, passed away on June 10, 2015 in Jersey City, NJ. Mrs. Metoyer retired from the Hudson County Correctional Facility in Kearny, NJ on April 1, 2006. Beloved wife of Herbert Michael Metoyer; loving mother of Fabian (Keisha) Metoyer, Yokubu Metoyer, and Angela Metoyer; grandmother of Myazia Aniyah Metoyer and Fabian Metoyer Jr.; sister of Pastor Namon (Evelyn) Burroughs and Bessie Lue (Robert) Langley; niece of Sara T. Johnson, Sallie Cunningham; best friend Shirley Perry; and special friends Louvenia Pridgen and Bernadine Taylor.
