Elsie Frances Page (nee Decker), 88, passed away October 25, 2013. A life-long resident of Jersey City, she was born September 23, 1925. She was the wife of the late Joseph H. Page, Sr. She was a graduate of Ferris High School and worked as a Federal employee for more than 30 years. Mrs. Page retired from the Small Business Administration having achieved the post of Loan Officer. Mrs. Page was a faithful member of Christ the King Church. She enjoyed the fine arts and loved attending the theater and concerts. An accomplished dancer, she loved to entertain and was known for her uniquely themed parties. Her friends will miss her deep passion for politics and her wondrous tales of traveling the world. She is survived by her children, Joe and Patricia, her son-in-law, Manuel and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
