Emma Louise Jackson (fondly known as Louise) departed this life on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at St. Peters University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  Emma was born in Charlotte, North Carolina to her father Otis Martin and her mother Blanche Hawkins Martin ( who both preceded her in death).  She was the first of five children.  Emma leaves to mourn her three children, daughter Gwendolyn L. Jackson of Jersey City/Monroe Township, sons Richard Jackson Jr. (Perry) of Jersey City, and William "Billy" Jackson of Linden,  N.J. and Sister Latifa Nuri of Los Angeles, California, Nine grandchildren Marquisha Reynolds (Monroe Twp.), Martin K. Jackson (PA), William Michael Jackson (Florida), Bryant Ghee (Linden, N.J.), Rhonda Baskerville (Tariq) Piscataway, N.J. , Richard Jackson III  (Shay) South Orange N.J.,  Marvin Keith Evans Jr. (Florida), Jerome Perkins Jr. (Crystal) Florida,  and  Dominque Martin  Richmond, Virginia), and Twelve Great Grandchildren.  She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
