The lovely Erin Denise Jordan made her heavenly transition on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. Erin is preceded in death by her loving brother, Lee Kendall Brown and grandparents Leroy and Jessie Rhodes. Surviving to cherish her memory her Son, Michael L. Jordan (Nicole), Daughter, TyNiesha L. Chambers, Granddaughter, Naijah N. Jordan, Mother, Gertrude Brown, Father William Brown, Brother, Armond Brown, she also leaves to survive her memory a host of loving Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends. Erin was employed by FSO, Clermont Cove. She was a devoted lead Concierge for Claremont Clove. She loved her job and the people she worked with and residents. Erin was a dependable, lovable and passionate person. She was appreciated and loved by all at Clermont Cove. Erin was a dedicated and long time member of The House of Prayer Baptist Church in Jersey City, NJ. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Erin Denise Jordan.
