She was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Regency Jewish Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Somerset, NJ at the age of 98 yrs. old. She is predeceased by her husband of 74 years, Richmond, sisters Alice, Queenie, Eva Mae, Mary Elizabeth, Essie Lou, Sarah, Helen, brothers James and Alfonso, nieces Olease Bishop, Vivian Charles, Belinda Harden, Dorothy Harden Smith, and special nephew and godson, Richmond Eugene Charles. Celebrating her life today are her nieces and nephews Evelyn Wilson of PA; Willie Harry, Terrell Lisbon of SC; Lillie Mincy (Leroy) of CT; Carrie Clark (David) of CA; Alberta Thomas, Laura Hickson (Robert) of SC; Carol Simmons of MO; Marsha Andrews (Herbert) of SC; Mary Johnson of NY; Druscilla Nunery of VA; Russell Charles Jr (Mary), Joseph Charles Jr (Michelle), James Charles (Barbara,) Carol Kelly, Geraldine Goss (Loney), Daryle Charles , Francine Charles, Debra Fair, Bernadette Robinson (Cornell), Josephine Tucker, Marie James, all of NJ; Gregory Radford of NV , and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends Ilene Grant and Jacqueline Myers.
