Faith leaves to mourn: Fiance, Shawn Campbell; 4 Children-Shaunta Washington, James McFadden, Jermaine McFadden, and Lynette McFadden; 5 Broth-ers-Ronnie McFadden, Ricky McFadden, John McFadden, Richard McFadden, and Leroy Singletary, Jr.; 3 Sisters-Dyanne McFadden, Michele Melvin, and Debra Perkins; 2 Aunts-Ger-aldine Perkins and Victoria Washington. 12 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends also survive Faith.
