Frances E. Chisolm passed away on Saturday October 10, 2009 at the Jersey City Medical Center. She was the beloved mother of Omar, Phillip Dwayne and Ahmad Chisolm. Loving daughter of Frances Chisolm. Dear sister of Jerome, Theodore, Donald, Joseph, Darryl and Carrie Chisolm and Verdell Williams.
