Frances Smith of Jersey City, NJ, passed away on April 19, 2016. She was the loving mother of Jerome (Yolanda McKnight) Smith, Keisha Y. (Ronnie) Sharpless, and Terri L. Smith; and the beloved grandmother of (7) grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
