Frankie Philip Oliver, son of the late Julia Bryan Oliver and Walter Randolph, was born on April 28, 1957 in Brooklyn, NY. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday January 12, 2010 in Brooklyn, NY. He was united in marriage to Monica Dickens Oliver on October 21, 1995. Surviving to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, Mrs. Monica Dickens Oliver. Four loving children Kenyetta and Frankie Philip Cullum and Dana and Randy Oliver. Three stepchildren Simone, Teresa and James Dickens. Seven grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren. Three sisters Thelma Clark, Venita and Renee Oliver. One great aunt Phyllis Dawkins (Cheavus) and one great uncle James Allen. Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.
