Gerard was employed with Hartz Mountain Industries as a Field Supervisor and a member of Elmwood Presbyterian Church in East Orange, NJ. He was the loving Husband to Michelle Starks; Adored Father to Gerard Jr. and Tiffany Starks; Cherished Son to Roy Sr. and Gloria Starks; Loving Brother to Mark (Denise), Harrison and Julia Starks, Beverly (Gus Sr.) Cordova and Cynthia (Earl) Carter; Grandfather to Taylor Starks; Son-in law to Elouise George; and Brother-in-law to Douglas Wright and Pamela George-Jordan; Also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews and many other loving Relatives and Friends.
