Gloria Ann was born on March 6, 1951 in Fairfax, SC to Myrtle and Ellie Washington. She was the fifth oldest of nine. In the late 1960s she met and married Howard Myers and from that union came five daughters. She is preceded in death by her parents Myrtle and Ellie Washington, siblings; Ellie, Jr., Abraham and Ethel Lee Washington, and Mary Ann Turman, and a daughter Ann Marie Myers. Gloria is survived by her daughters, Dianne (Mark) Stanberry, Mary Jane Myers, Albertina (Lovett) Trowell and Deborah Myers, and brothers; Douglas, Leon, Clarence, and Raymond (Marshell), 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
