Harold Leroy Williams of Jersey City passed away on Jan. 4, 2016. He was the beloved brother of Lottie Williams, cherished uncle of Derrick, Dwayne, Donna, Denise, Debra (Wendell), Darlene and Danielle Williams, adored great uncle of Tony and Crystal Grant, Latoya Carswell, Wendell, Deneeshah, Denise, Shytaria, Derrica, Desarea, Kyree, Douglas and Dominique Williams.
