Mr. Harvey George, of Jersey City passed away on May 18, 2012. He was the founder and President of Friends of the Lifers Youth Corp and was retired from Jersey City Economic Development. He was the loving husband of Arnett George, adored father of Kenneth, James, Anthony, Darrow, Yolanda, and Tamara. Dear son of Margie L. Bell and the late Paul George, Sr., adored brother of Pastor Margaret Wright and Husband Bishop Wright, Linda, Julius, Paul Jr., Kenneth, Pauline, and Alfred. Cherished nephew of Mablein, Noami, Curtis and Clifton. Predeceased by a brother Alfonso and a sister Linda. Also survived by a host of grands, great grands, nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Harvey George.
