Hearther Lee Jenkins of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away on July 1, 2012 at the age of 90 yrs. old. She worked for Empress Handbag Company in North Bergen, N.J. Hearther was a member of St. John"s Baptist Church in Jersey City for 38 years and sang in the church choir. She also was a Eastern Star. Loving wife of Otis Jenkins Sr. Beloved Mother of Willie F. Jenkins, Anthony G. Jenkins and the late Otis Jr., and Pearlie Mae Jenkins. Cherished Grandmother of Shanetta, Jared, Bryson, Ebony and Sir Al-Tariq Jenkins and Great grandmother of 3. Dear sister-in-law of Edna Bassette and the late Alice Smith. Also survived by a host of many other relatives and friends.
