Helena D. Rudd Fowler of Jersey City passed away on Nov. 21, 2019. Loving mother of Jeannine and Keith Weems, Sr., cherished grandmother of Larry Taylor, Jr, Nathan L. Miller, Keith G. Weems, Jr. and Keshon D. Weems, adored great grandmother of Nakai Miller, dear aunt of Leslie Allicks and mother-in-law of Tracey D. Weems. Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.
