Herschell Elizabeth Bugg passes away on Thursday November 18, 2010 at The Genesis Health Care Center. She was a longtime resident of Jersey City. Herschell retired as a School Teacher from Snyder High School. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church Since 1952, song on the Hand Bell Choir, Missionary Board, Grace Senior Center and the Jersey City Belly Dancer Group. Herschell was also a member of the Teacher Associates. Herschell was the daughter to the late John James and Linconia Farmer; Loving Mother to Andrew (Tracey) Bugg and Annette (Rev. Chaz) Hines; Adored sister to Sharon, Cassandra and the late Mary and Earline. Grandmother to Shawn and Kennedy. Loving Aunt to Cynthia, Belinda, Brian and Troy.
